Lauderdale Chair by Lindsey Lang

Lindsey Lang has taken inspiration from the Barbican estate’s Lauderdale Tower to create a new homeware collection referencing Brutalist architectural shapes and the bush-hammered concrete that can be seen across the estate and arts centre.

The chair, from Galapagos Designs Mid Century collection, has a frame crafted from responsibly sourced British and European timber and is made and expertly upholstered in the heart of Long Eaton, Nottingham. With a traditionally webbed seat, the chair features gently rounded arms and a buttoned back.

The upholstery covering is a collaboration between Lindsey Lang and Camira fabrics, composed of a luxuriously thick 95% Virgin Wool.

Dimensions: 83cm (height) x 65cm (width) x 55cm (depth)
