Shard necklace by Sarah Packington

Pleasingly balanced asymmetric shapes are strung on a nylon covered stainless steel cable and fastened with a silver bolt ring catch. Each component is individually cut from tinted Perspex edged with matt black edges.

Sarah Packington takes inspiration from mid-century textile designers such as Lucienne Day and Joanne Groag, and abstract artists like Mondrian and Miro. She designs and hand makes the colourful dyed acrylic jewellery in her Brighton based studio.
