What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express.

What is your refund policy?

We can accept returns or cancellations within 28 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us if you would like to return an item and we will advise you on how to proceed. Any unwanted items to be returned to us must be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on the following items unless they are faulty: Pierced earrings, cosmetics and food, for health and safety reasons. How much will delivery cost?

Delivery rates are calculated using a combination of individual product weights and the destination of your order. Once you have completed your delivery address in the checkout process delivery options will become available for you to select from and the cost will be added to your order.

I am an international customer and I can’t select a shipping option, what can I do?

There are weight restrictions to our standard international delivery service. If your order exceeds the weight restriction you will be prevented from selecting a delivery option. For assistance with completing your order please contact shop@barbican.org.uk

When can I expect to receive my order?

Standard delivery items are usually dispatched within 2 business days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver UK orders within 3-5 business days, and international deliveries vary depending on the location. For enquiries, please contact shop@barbican.org.uk

How do I get my Barbican Members’ discount?

If you are a Barbican Member you can receive a 15% discount online and instore. Please check your membership emails for the online discount code. Please note that not all items are eligible for discount.
