Carefully prepared for mulling gin, all you need is your chosen beverage plus a little sugar and water. Let the blends do the rest.

The process of mulling will take a minimum of 15 minutes. However, it is suggested to wait 30 minutes followed by cooling. This allows the flavours to infuse fully.

Mulled Gin Spices. You will need 1 litre of apple juice and a little sugar. Ingredients: Allspice Berries, Juniper Berries, Sweet Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise, Nutmeg.
