Silky smooth and gently weighted, this comforting lavender eye pillow is calming for body and mind. Ideal for yoga, meditation and to aid sleep.

The pillow can be used effectively at room temperature. To ease tension headaches and migraines, the pillow inner may be heated in a microwave: max. 700W in 10sec increments up to max. 30sec. To soothe tired eyes or to aid hay fever symptoms, the pillow inner may be cooled in a freezer for 15-30min. Please gently remove the outer pillowcase before heating or cooling.
