Each of these models is designed, modelled and finished in the UK by an independent designer and manufacturer, dedicated to keeping the beauty of concrete, Brutalist architecture alive.

Balfron Tower contains 146 homes, has 26 storeys and stands 84m tall.  It is the smaller older brother of Goldfinger's later building- Trellick Tower.  So pleased with the design- Goldfinger and his wife moved into Flat 130 for a time- and would throw parties for residents where he would discover what they liked and disliked regarding the building.  All this served as research for the design of Trellick Tower. In 1996 Balfron Tower was Listed, and in 2006 following a vote by residents, ownership was transferred from Tower Hamlet Council to a Housing Association.
